A part of customer approval is providing a digital version of a Chamber of Commerce excerpt that is not older than 3 months. In case your organization has any related organizations, you are required to provide a Chamber of Commerce excerpt for them as well.

We recognize related companies in case:

• 1 or more of your directories is an organization (for example, a Management B.V.)
• 1 or more of your shareholders is een organization (for example, a Holding that has shares in your organization)
